The high quality, luxury stone Adam villas are located in Falassarna, a small village on the North-West coast of Crete, close to the town Kastelli / Kissamos (10 km) and at a distance of 50 km from Chania.

Built in a plot of more than 2,500 sqm, our private grounds offer a peaceful and relaxing stay, within a living space of tasteful decoration and comfortable furnishing. The spectacular sandy beach of Falasarna is only 4 km away.

Each of the 2 villas (100sqm) can accommodate 5 to 6 guests in two bedrooms and it has a private swimming pool, parking/garage and entry. There is also an additional apartment (60 sqm), suitable for 3/4 guests. The villas are available in winter as well, as they possess central heating and a fireplace.

Falasarna is a small, seaside village, right on the west coast of Crete, where the most spectacular sunsets can be viewed. On the hills behind the beaches you find the ruins of the ancient city and harbour of Falasarna, which thrived during the Meso-Minoan period (3rd-4th B.C). Falasarna is famous nowadays for its dreamy set of sandy beaches with turquoise blue waters and white sand. A few beach bars and seaside tavernas are located in the area.
