Each Adam Villa offers on the upper floor two bedrooms (one with double, and one with two single beds). An open plan living room with open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and large balconies with panoramic view are provided.

Each Adam villa has a large sitting room with open plan kitchen, 2 sofa beds, fireplace, Sat TV, DVD player, internet, dishwasher and a washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower.

The villas are air-conditioned and have a central heating system installed. There is also an additional apartment (60 sqm) with separate entrance, suitable for 3 guests on the lower ground floor.
