August 19 2011 I would highly recommend staying at the Ariagni apartment. The location was perfect - five minutes from both the harbour and the shopping district yet away from the tourists. The apartment was beautifully appointed and contained everything I could possible need during my stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, English speaking books to read, and a dvd player. The owners have paid considerable attention to detail, with antique furnishings and fittings. The apartment is air conditioned but the breeze through the open windows cools even during the hottest day. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was a beautiful, peaceful sanctuary and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose. |
