The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (jacuzzi) is offered on the third floor of every villa. On the same floor there are two more bedrooms (one double and another single converting to double) with two ensuite shower bathrooms.

Another double bedroom, a seperate shower bathroom, and an open plan living room area are provided on the ground floor of every villa.

The main open plan living room, a dining room, a bar and a fully equipped kitchen are offered on the main second floor of the villa.

The guests can enjoy a small gym and another living room on the ground floor. A sea view pool with a few sun loungers, an outdoor table with chairs, and sunset views are offered on the terrace. Moreover, the excellent sandy beach of Agia Marina lies 50m from the Beach Villas. The most famous clubs (Villa Mercedes) and beach bars of west Crete can be found in very short walking distance as well. Numerous cafes, restaurants and shopping facilites are available next to the villas.
