July 10 2011 We stayed in Blazis House from July 10 till August 25 this year. We rented a 2-bedroom apartment and our friends rented a 1-bedroom apartment for the same term. The village of Almyrida is ptobably the best place for family vacation- the sea is calm, the beaches are clean with soft sand, the local residents are friendly and open. Our stay in Blazis House was not only very comfortable (multiple-level apartment, balconies, fully-stocked kitchen, baby beds and high chairs, clean pool and sun beds) but it was also very pleasant because of the hospitality of the owners. Nicholas and his wife Nikki made us feel at home by their warm personalities and open hearts. Spiros, Nicholas"s brother, ensured that everything is running smoothly at the complex. Who can forget the Cretan nights at Blazis house, with barbecue near the pool, traditional Cretan dishes and dancing ( Spiros, the Spartan, your dance is forever embedded in our hearts ;)! I highly recommend Blazis house to anybody who wants to enjoy a nice summer vacation in Greece! |
