August 13 2011 A perfect organisation through the internet and thehotel website, a warm welcome from the family Vassilakis. A beautiful view from the villa (really calm villa, car is necessary for shopping etc) Nice (cool ) sleeping rooms, fully equiped kitchen and a super swimming pool. Everything you need for a relaxing holliday, you will find in the Calm Villas. Hope to come back in the future.... |

July 2 2010 Located in an impressive setting atop a ravine yet only 15 minutes from the sea, this brand new villa offers the best of the tranquility of the mountains as well as the vicinity to most of the interesting sites in Crete. What truly grabbed us was the warm welcome and hospitality of the owners, which made us feel right at home. An exceptional place in every way. We loved it! A big thank you to Emmanuel Solidakus from thehotel.gr for facilitating our holiday, job well done! |

April 24 2010 A bit off the beaten track (about a 15 minute drive south of Rethymnon) but great views and very good value. Owners are very accommodating. We would stay here again if returning to this part of Crete. |

October 17 2009 We had a great time in our Calm Villa. Everything was exactly the way we had imagined. The view was even more spectacular than we anticipated. The landlady cooked us very tasty special Greek meals and everybody was very friendly. One week was a bit short so we have to come back to Crete. We will certainly return here... |

September 11 2009 Great Venue. I can recommend this to everyone. Isolated, quiet... If you want to have a "real tourist" holiday don't go there, if you are looking for quality, vision and culture.... this is the place to be. thanks Stan Lemmens PS a 10/10 for the owners of the villa: they are the reflection of what I mentioned Quality, vision and culture... BTW The 10 I gave for dining was because we where able to made really good dinners with local ingredients.... |

July 12 2009 We would like to say many thanks - we spent really fantastic weeks in Calm Villa. The villa was just we dreamed - very good size pool, house was bilt high-quality, clean and equipment was in high level. We felt us very safed. The owners are so warm and cared.
