September 22 2010 Έκανα chek in την τετάρτη στις 22:30 το βράδυ και έφυγα την Κυριακή στις 14:00! Παρόλο που παρακάλεσα την reception να μας αφήσει εμενα και την σύζυγο μου να μείνουμε στο δωμάτιο μέχρι τις 17:00 γιατί η πτήση μας ηταν στις 21:40, για να μην ταλαιπωρηθούμε χωρίς λόγω! Από θέμα ανθρωπιάς και μόνο θα έπρεπε να γίνει μία εξαίρεση γιατί κακα τα ψέματα ο Έλληνας τουρίστας ακόμη αφήνει έστω και λίγα χρήματα όπου και να πάει. Και πείτε στον σεφ οταν λέμε καρμπονάρα, εννοούμε καρμπονάρα και όχι σπαγγέτι αλλά κρεμ με καπνιστή μπριζόλα!!! Φιλικά Βασίλης Μπουζούκης-Τολίκα Σοφία |

August 27 2009 Hi We enjoyed very match. It was beautiful and very relax. We were very disappointed that we didn't get for free towel for the pool like in all anther hotels, and free internet in the room as well. Our friend didn't get one twin bed. By and Thanks Tali - August 2009 |

August 19 2009 They should concider doing something about the floor by the pool. The red decorative tiles are extremely slipery. And in the bathroom by the tab should do something for the water that drips out of the glass and make a small dangerous lake in the bathroom.... - August 2009 |

August 2 2009 To φαγητό ήταν απαράδεκτο... "ανακύκλωση φαγητών" και καθόλου ποικιλία για παιδιά... Καθε μέρα μακαρόνια... Τα γλυκά πρέπει να τα είχαν φτιάξει πάνω από 2 μήνες πρίν..... Και οι σερβιτόροι ενδιαφέρονταν μόνο για τους Ρώσους και σε εμάς τους Έλληνες δεν έλεγαν ούτε καλημέρα.... Επίσης οι σερβιτόροι ( το 80%) ήταν ξένοι και δεν μιλούσαν καθόλου ελληνικά ή αγγλικά Το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό εκτός εστιατορίου ήταν ευγενικό και πρόθυμο. - August 2009 |

July 23 2009 After some holidays spent in european hotels we give Cretan dream Royal best rating for service. Very nice people, always to be helped. At first sight we were disappointed because of the main road between hotel and beach. It should be written on webpage, that is in this area normal, so people come and count with that. July 8 2009 Dear, the hotel was really great. Only dinner buffetwas disappointing in a way : we never got icve fish (oly cheaper fish sorts;); it would not have been a toogrerat trouble to foreee at lestonce pe'r week grilled shrimps or dorade or snapper at the warm buffet; or some smoked salmon at the cold buffet; also deserts were really poor; no variation at all; not once ice cream... Breakfast was much better, except fr the lack of chocolate milk for the kids :-) but a hotel I would recommend top others, except for those who really want high quality food for dinner best regards Piet Sanders - July 2009 |

August 18 2008 Overall we were happy with the accommodation. The only comments for improvement are the following. 1. You may include more traditional dishes in the menu, 2. TV in the room was not big enough for easy viewing, 3. 2 days the cleaning lady did not either manage timely or the clean sheets were not available to change them. Kind Regards - August 2008 |
