The above prices are for 2 people in Studios, 1-bedroom Apartments, Superior DBL, Junior Suite and for 4 people in 2-bedroom Suites.
Breakfast (B&B) is included in the prices when it is indicated.
Please note that there are extra charges for the 3rd person in Studios and for the 3rd & 4th person in 1-bedroom Apartments.
A 3rd adult (older than 13 years) has a 30% discount on per person rate (PPR) in Superior double - triple and in Junior Suite.
A 4th adult (older than 13 years) has a 40% discount on per person rate (PPR) in Junior Suite.
Children until 5,99 years old are accommodated free of charge.
The Superior double room and the Junior Suite can accommodate only guests older than 13 years.
Air condition is offered free of charge.
Wireless internet in the lobby is provided free of charge.
Daily cleaning except Sundays is provided.
Sea/pool towels are offered at the additional cost of 1 Euro per day per piece.
Safe box is offered at the additional cost of 14 Euros per week.

Regolamento per cancellazione

Cancellazione GRATUITA prima 21 giorni prima del check-in.
In caso di cancellazione della prenotazione a meno di 21 giorni prima del check-in, il 100% del deposito viene trattenuto.
