  • Elounda Solfez Villas are 3-bedroom villas which can be also offered as 2-bedroom or 1-bedroom villas.
  • One or Two bedroom Villa means that the Guests will only have access to one or two bedrooms (of his/hers choice) accordingly. Remaining bedroom(s) will be locked and not accesible during the holidays.
  • Special offer 2% discount is offered until 31 October for reservations of 15 nights or more, for staying between 01 November and 31 October
  • Special offer 3% discount is offered until 31 October for reservations of 22 nights or more, for staying between 01 November and 31 October

Booking Conditions
40% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
The balance should be paid up to 21 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy
50% of the deposit is kept in case you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before check-in.
In case you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before check-in then 100% of the deposit is kept.
In case you cancel your reservation less than 21 days before check-in then the whole amount is kept.
