| Cleaning in Villas/Apartments | |
| Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided in every villa/apartment. All the villas/apartments are fully cleaned every 3/4 days. This is the so called "twice per week cleaning". Bed linen and bathroom towels are changed at the same time. |

| Kitchen utensils in Villas | |
| All the villas are equipped with cooking and dinning utensils which are necessary for the number of guests that the villa can accommodate. Almost never there were such complaints, and you should ask the owner/our agency if there is a lack of something. If you need more specialized equipment such as a sharp knife or potato peeler you might want to bring it with you. If there is no left-over dishwashing liquid, you can buy this in all supermarkets. Normally the previous visitors have left salt and pepper, but it is not usually provided by the owners. |

| Transfer from the Airports/Ports of Crete | |
| There are many taxis at the airports of Chania and Herakleion, and the ports of Souda, Rethymnon, Herakleion any time during the day or night. The cost of a taxi is quite big for long distances (e.g. the fare for a taxi for the route Herakleion airport to Chania is about 140 Euros), and it becomes bigger during the night. If you reserve a car through us we can deliver this to you at the airport or port with no extra cost. |

| Flights | |
| Herakleion airport hosts about three times more the number of flights of Chania airport. Rethymnon is in the middle of the two cities. The distance from Chania to Herakleion is 130 km and a 1h and a 30 minute drive. The distance from Chania to Rethymnon is 60 km and a 40 minute drive. | By the completion of any reservation (Villa, Apartment or Hotel) you receive automatically the route to the property which you have just reserved. | |
| Air-Condition | |
| Air-condition is necessary for pleasant staying during July or August, and it can be avoided during the rest months. We always explain if air-condition is included in the price, or if it is offered at an additional cost. In case you cannot turn on the air-condition unit please contact the reception/the owner/our agency immediately. |

| Shopping | |
| There are numerous mini markets in walking distance or in short driving distance of all the properties we offer. If you can reach one of the following big supermarkets by car or on foot (INKA, Marinopoulos , Liddle, Xalkiadakis) you will have better prices and a greater variety of ware to choose from. |
