September 15 2011 Скромненький отельчик. Номера аскетичные, сервис по минимуму, завтраки скудные с очередями за кофе. А что вы хотели за 10 евро в сутки? :-) Неплохой выбор для бюджетного отдыха. Правда, есть один довольно серьёзный недостаток. Во многих номерах стоит ужасный запах дерьма - хотя, персонал меняет номера по первому требованию. После двух-трёх замен можно найти номер без вони. :-)	4.4
September 1 2011 Value for the money we have paid is excellent and in general we are very satisfied, we loved helpful and friendly staff, they always made us laugh and forget about small imperfectness of our room and cleanliness. We might come back again :) Thank you!	7.6

July 10 2011 We did not stay to Fereniki hotel but to another one next to Fereniki. It was ok for the amount we paid.	7.2
May 31 2011 The first room we were given was very bad, it smelt damp and in a cupboard in the room there was a large ammount of mould growing and an unbearable smell coming from it. The second room was a great improvement but the rooms were only cleaned once and towels only changed once.In the restaurant there were never enough cups,cutlery and bread etc. the staff were not always good at replacing them. Staffing in reception was very poor so one person had to try and deal with all the patrons.	2.4

May 7 2011 The hotel was not expecting us, we had no electric until we asked.There were no swimming pools we could use. Reception very unfriendly, checked out early paid them and then they said we had not paid them,very unorganised and unhelpfull. Rooms were good for the price and location good.	5.8
September 3 2010 The location of the hotel, facilities like swimming pool & Spa are excellent. We enjoyed the stay. The hotel staff were very helpful,courteous and very friendly. We will strongly recommend this hotel to our friends & will stay in Fereniki in case we visit again Crete.	8.4

July 10 2010 The apartment was spacious, suitable for families. Cleaning of room and the pool area was poor. If you are just looking for the place where to sleep, this is a good choice.	6.2
September 5 2009 Dear all, we came to Fereniki Hotel the 5th time, we go there regulary from 2002. I am very happy with this hotel, we know people, we know their (very few) weaknesses, but during vacation we have very good service from them. I can fully recommend to everybody to visit this place. From my family side - I will come again next year or year after (when we have an possibility). We made some recommendation already and everybody is very happy with this place. When people do not expect VIP service, 7 Stars level of hotel, they will be really satisfied. Please say our "Thanks" to the staff of the Hotel Fereniki and especially to the Boss of Fereniki Taverna from our family. He is a real professional and very hospitable person. June 9 2009 Had two room apartment from Fereneki. Hotel complex was much bigger than expected. Got an apartment from quiet area, staff was nice and cleaning very good. No need for pool area as the beach is lovely sandy beach and suits for children. June 2009, family from Finland	8.2
