July 31 2011 Το Δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ωραίο με υπέροχη θέα στα Χανια, πολύ καθαρό, και ησυχο. το αρνητικό ήταν ότι είχε πολύ μικρή τηλεόραση και ο κλιματισμός δεν δούλευε όποτε χρειαζόταν. |

July 18 2011 Room was awarded 8 because I did not like the fact that the cleaning staff left our balcony open after every clean. A very special thank you to Angie from reception who helped me catch a bus on her day off, she went way beyond her call of duty and provided 6 star customer service. Angie by far was the best employee of the hotel and she always had the most incredible smile and a very warm attitude. Thank you and warm regards, Stella and Owen |
