September 22 2011 Super location. Knew whar we would get in beforehand by reading reviews of the hotel, so no big complaints. One: Much noise goes through the walls into the rooms - preferably from other guests(!) Insulation/new doors could be needed. Thanks for excelent service from your organisation. September 9 2011 This was my second time staying at Lucia Hotel, and again I was very happy with my choice. The location is unbeatable, at the very center of the old Venetian Harbor. My room had the most perfect view of the harbor and lighthouse that could be imagined! Sitting on the balcony felt like being in the center of all the action. The people at the front desk were very friendly and kind, making my stay very pleasant. The price is an excellent value and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. I am already looking forward to booking another stay next year! Thanks, Lucia Hotel. |

August 23 2011 Estaba situado en el mejor sitio del puerto de Chania. La habitación era amplia tenía un balcón con vistas espectaculares. El personal muy amable .Estaría bien que cambiaran las toallas. |

August 4 2011 wir hatten eine drei zimmer gebucht, und die haben uns ein zwei zimmer, mit ein kleinem bett ggegeben, meine meinung fuer dass hotel ist sicherlich nicht die beste, und ich werde es auch nicht weiter empfehlen. |

June 20 2011 The view from the room was very nice, and the room was also spacious. The refrigerator was a good size, but a hair dryer would have been nice. Overall I was happy with my stay and would stay again. |

June 7 2011 Disappointed there were no tea-making facilities in room - these are usually provided. Very hard bread for breakfast and no alternative. Pleasant stay, however, with decent staff and good cleaners. |

June 3 2011 They could upgrade the rooms a bit. Bits of the walls falls down in the bathroom, the bathroomdoor could not be looked because of damage from water, and they could give the walls a litle bit more painting... |

May 3 2011 We loved our stay at your hotel. Our rooms had fabulous views of the Venetian harbour, position was excellent and staff were friendly and very helpful. Altogether a lovely holiday experience. |

April 30 2011 Old building but well taken care of. Location, location, location. Seeing is believing. A balcony overlooking the harbour and all the people. Close the new windows and nice and quiet for sleeping. I'd recommend it anytime. |

October 5 2010 Very happy with the bedroom, well positioned and clean. It was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the harbour activity. We were not impressed by the entrance and the area that we breakfasted in. It was in need of a huge update and did not seem clean. |

September 14 2010 We had a really nice view over the harbor and the promenade from our balcony. We really enjoyed that part. Unfortunately during the night until morning its been really noisy. The breakfast with fresh orange juice has been served really nicely and friendly. But the variety was poor. Typical greek style I guess. The room was clean, big enough, functional and sufficient for this short stay. |
