May 9 2012 The first disappointment was the room. Nothing to do with the room we book online. Was a completely different room from those we see in photos and book. The second was the service. We've been there for 4 nights and they didn't change our towels... |

September 4 2011 Wireless did not work so I went in an "internet point" to send some of my documents. To pay the invoice I spent 45 minutes because at the reception there was a person completely incompetent |

August 27 2011 στο ξενοδοχειο δεν υπαρχει παντα καποιος στην ρεσεψιον. Αποτελεσμα αυτου ηταν να περιμένω το βραδυ 20' για να μου ανοιξουν το δωματιο γιατί είχα ξεχάσει τα κλειδιά μου μεσα. Σε περαστικό ζευγαρι εδωσε δωματιο με 40€ ενω εγω το πληρωσα 64€!!! |

May 18 2011 Very friendly welcome and requests met promptly and efficiently. Well spoken english helped. Room was more than adequate, spacious, on two levels with an outside deck. Kitchen area small but with fantastic restaurants in the near vicinity serving great food little use was made of it except for tea & coffee. TV with few english chanels, but internet availability great. To be situated in the centre of the old town of Chania was a bonus with short strolls to harbour, restaurants, cafes and sights. Enjoyed our stay very much. |
