Since Padora Suites is located right in the center of Chania it is a bit noisy in the evenings. Fabulous and big private terrass to our room. Beautiful sunset ;-) Serviceminded and very friendly staff.

The rooms overlooking the harbor could well be the best in Chania.
The staff was also most helpful.

Incredible views from the room and the rooftop. Wonderful service and helpfulness from George. A great location. Highly recommend it. The bed could have been a little softer.

It is well located and the room as well as the hôtel is very Nice. Too bad hot water seems quite rare after 9pm and the night club down the block is sometimes noisy.

Pandora is a really nice and quiet Hotel in the old town. Perfect located in a quite area with a nice view over the old harbor. It is perfect to have breakfast at the top of the Hotel and looking at the sea. The staff was very nice and very helpful. We do not have any complaint and would choose Padora again if we go back to Crete.

We really enjoyed the stay at this place fitted out with simplicity and good taste. There is a fabulous view from the very fine terrace. The staff were fine, willing to help.
We needed some comfortable chairs on the terrace. The bathroom needs restoration. - October 2008

The room was beautiful and the people were very kind and helpful. But, the shower was cold except for one day. Overall, we had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting Crete again soon. - September/October 2008

Excellent panoramic view from the top terrace on the sea. It is not easy to find a car parking close to the hotel. We suggest to reserve some places for the customers.
Anyway a very great time in Chania Pandora Suites.

My husband & I stayed at Padora Suites April 2008 & just loved it. We have stayed in many apartments across Europe & photos can be misleading but the website photos of Padora are true to the actual accommodation & did not disapoint. The location is so cental, views are stunning & the staff are wonderful. We highly recommend Padora.
Thank you. - April 2008

We had a wonderful Easter week at the Padora suites. Although we had booked a twin room, as two friends rather than a couple, we were given the double-bedded Afroditi apartment but one look at the huge private balcony and the best view in Chania made sleeping on the couch much more appealing! The apartment is magical, spotless and simply but beautifully furnished with antique furniture. It has a very romantic bedroom with a lovely stained glass window and a light and airy sitting room with a kitchenette, dining area and amazing full height windows with French doors to the terrace. A bonus - there is a full-length non-distorting mirror on the wardrobe - pretty much of a rarity in my 30 years of Cretan travelling! The bathroom is one of the tiniest I have seen but perfectly adequate, modern and clean with shampoo, shower gel and soap provided. (Hot water was a bit sporadic, however, due to some rainy days).
Breakfast on the roof terrace was generous with yoghurt or eggs on alternate days. On the odd occasions we had rain (this was April) breakfast was brought to our room.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. On Easter Saturday we returned to our room to find red eggs, Easter bread and candles laid out on the table, so we were able to join the crowds outside the cathedral at midnight and have our candles lit.
The Padora is the perfect base to explore Chania, everything is within easy walking distance. As it overlooks the harbour it is not the quietest location at night. I would recommend earplugs as there are two nightclubs directly below and opposite (unless you like listening to Queen all night) - also the AC can block out some of the noise - but the buzz of being in the heart of the old town is energising and the views are breathtaking.
We would certainly return there. - April 2008
