The modern 5-bedroom Peaceful Villa is located 850 meters from the lovely sandy beach of Tersanas and it offers a private swimming pool, suitable to accomodate up to 10 guests in a contemporary design. Five bedrooms, two open plan areas with a living room and a kitchen spread in two floors, three bathrooms, and views of the Cretan sea are provided. One bathroom with a shower and two bathrooms with a bathtub are also offered.

On the pool level, an open plan living room with flat screen TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen opens to a terrace, furnished with large exterior dining table, in front of the swimming pool. Two bedrooms, one bedroom with a large double bed and another bedroom with two twin beds, both with featuring fitted wardrobes, are provided on this floor. One bathroom with a bathtub is also available.

On the upper level, a second open plan area offers a living room with fireplace, a dining table,  flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms designed in two levels with exposed concrete ceilings -in loft style- offer seating areas and comfortable double beds. A third bedroom with a double bed is offered. One bathroom with a bathtub and a second with shower are provided. A spacious furnished balcony with magnificent views of the blue sea and the green landscape is available on that level.

On the exterior, guests may find a spacious terrace with a swimming pool, sunbeds and magnificent views surrounded by olive trees, set in a private and tranquil environment.
