Villa Petradi in Sfinari, Chania

The new luxury villa Petradi provides amenities that satisfy all modern needs. There are a cosy living room with satellite plasma TV, home cinema, dining table and kitchen in an open plan design. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hearth, microwave and washing machine.    

All the rooms are fully air conditioned, while wireless internet is also offered. There is a private balcony with amazing views to the sea and surroundings.   

There is a beautiful garden with comfortable terrace furniture, private pool (43 sq.m.) and separate pool for children (8 sq.m.). Sun loungers around the pool are provided. The beautiful sandy-pebble beach is located only 200m away from the villa.

A welcome basket with fruits-honey, wine and raki are offered to all guests upon their arrival. Also, the first dinner after the arrival of guests is served free of charge. In the end, small pets are allowed. Free parking in the plot of the villa is available.
