Hotelier expected that we would use his sunbeds. But did not like them and took better sunbeds at naboen. Hotelleier was nice and the hotel was nice, but we noticed that he did not like that we did not use his sunbeds. So I can not give top marks because of this unfortunately. When on sun holidays, it is important that the sun beds are great to be on (you will spend a few hours there).

The value per money cannot easily be quantified because one has to visit numerous rooms in order to make a comparison before deciding to make a correct rating. I also appreciate your high level of professionalism badly in need especially under the current economic situation of Greece.

Very comfortable room with great service. Owners were pleasant and helpful and provided us with good advice about where to go on the island. Local Tavern (Sonio's) had the best pizza in Greece. - July 2009

Sea-view to north offers always some wind (not strong) and the shadow all the day, except morning and late afternoon only on the balcony, so you don't suffer the heat and air condition is almost don't needed. The room service is very good, long sandy beach in perfect as well as the service (cheap sunbeds and umbrellas, a lot of taverns and bars). - June 2009

Hello again.
Our time in Platanias was perfect. We had a very good room with a big balcony. Everything were very clean, and cosy. The sound from the sea was our music. The owners were the best hosts. Look forward to contact you another time.
