• Prices shown are for villas Eva per week in Euros
• Each villa can accommodate up to 6 people
• Every extra guest is charged with 10 Euros per day
• Linen, towels and cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week) are included
  in the above prices
• Air-condition is offered at an additional cost of 35 Euros per unit per week (there are three units in every villa)
• Free wireless internet access is provided everywhere

During the winter period (November - March) we offer the possibility of long - term hire for those who wish to spend more time in knowing Crete.

Booking Conditions
40% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
50% of your deposit is kept in case you cancel a reservation 1 month or more before arrival.
In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival then the whole deposit (100%) is kept.
The balance should be paid in cash upon arrival.
