PRICES

• Prices shown are per week in Euros.
• Two more guests can stay on the sofa of the living room of the main villa at the additional cost of 100 Euros per additional guest per week.
• Air-condition, linen, towels and cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week)
  are included in the above prices.
• Villa Chryseli has altogether 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms in the main villa, and the bungalow) and it can ideally accommodate 8 guests.
• The guests can either stay in the villa and the bungalow or only in the villa.
• There is 20% discount on these prices in May, June, September and October for occupancy by one couple only.
• Special Offer: Last-minute 15% discount is included in the prices!

Booking Conditions
40% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
50% of your deposit is kept in case you cancel a reservation 1 month or more before arrival.
In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival then the whole deposit (100%) is kept.
The balance should be paid up to 3 weeks before arrival.
