PRICES

• Prices shown are per week per villa in Euros for 4 guests.
• A 5th/6th person can stay on the sofa bed of the living room at the additional cost of 100 Euros per additional person per week.
• Air-condition, linen, towels and cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week)
  are included in the above prices.
• Villa Theodoros has 2 bedrooms and it can ideally accommodate 4 guests.
• Special Offer: Last-minute 15% discount is included in the prices!

Booking Conditions
40% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
50% of your deposit is kept in case you cancel a reservation 1 month or more before arrival.
In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival then the whole deposit (100%) is kept.
The balance should be paid up to 3 weeks before arrival.
