PRICES

• Prices shown are for every villa Tersanas per week in Euros.
• Air-condition, linen, towels and cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week)
  are included in the above prices.
• Every villa can accommodate up to 8 adults and one/two small children.
• In case of theft or breakdown of furniture or equipment due to guests responsibility, the cost of the damage should be paid back by the guests.

During the winter period (November - March) we offer the possibility of long-term hire for those who wish to spend more time in knowing Crete.

Booking Conditions
40% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
50% of your deposit is kept in case you cancel a reservation 1 month or more before arrival.
In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival then the whole deposit (100%) is kept.
The balance should be paid up to 3 weeks before arrival.
