PREISE

• Prices shown are for every Kalathas villa per week in Euros
• Air-condition, wireless internet, linen, towels and cleaning every 3/4 days
  (twice per week) are included in the above prices
• Every villa can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children
• In case of theft or breakdown of furniture or equipment due to guests responsibility, the cost of the damage should be paid back by the guests

Booking Conditions
40% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
50% of your deposit is kept in case you cancel a reservation 1 month or more before arrival.
In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival then the whole deposit (100%) is kept.
The balance should be paid up to 3 weeks before arrival.
