PRICES

• Children 0-6.99 years old are free of charge when sharing their parents room or apartment.
• Air-condition is offered at an additional cost of 5 Euros per day per unit. There is one unit in every studio or 1-bedroom apartment, and two units in every 2-bedroom apartment.

Booking Conditions
35% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
50% of your deposit is kept in case you cancel a reservation 1 month or more before arrival.
In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival then the whole deposit (100%) is kept.
The balance should be paid in cash upon arrival.
