October 12 2011 Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The views and wonderful sunsets were spectacular and I have even improved my fitness after climbing the 96 steps on a regular basis (people who are less active might like to hire a car!) I will certainly recommend Renieris to my friends. |

July 11 2011 Kathrine is allergic for gluten and flour. So there were few things she could eat. we have müsli and bread with by ourselves. It would be perfekt if there where any choices for people with allergic. |

June 12 2011 There is a not enough place for clothes in the room for 2+1 people. Except of this everything is perfect. |

September 7 2010 Excellent hotel with great sea views. Staff helpful and friendly, lovely pool & nice breakfast. One of the best hotels I have stayed in on the Greek Islands. |

September 10 2009 We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. In a great location with lovely views, friendly and extremely nice and helpfull staff. Very clean and great value for money. A great find...! Nice breakfast with fresh home-grown tomatoes. Fresh bread etc.. Car hire was made easy with the hotel. Information was always at hand with some great recommendations for day trips off the beaten track. We didn't want to leave... |

August 16 2009 The Renieris was everything we were hoping for: a balcony with a view, close to the beach, not in a touristy neighborhood, but within walking distance of restaurants and shoppes, complementary breakfast, a very friendly and helpful host... it was really lovely. The beach (just a 5min walk) was clean, and not packed with people, even in the middle of August. For this reason, it was actually our favorite beach on Crete. It is definitely a wavy beach, which made for very fun swimming. We stayed four nights, and spent two days just hanging around the beach near the hotel. We rented a car for the other two days, to do some exploring, which I'm glad we did, because we may have gotten a little antsy hanging around Kato Stalos for four days. My only criticism would be that the lay out of the room was slightly awkward in some places, position of the mirror, and position of the sink next to the toilet, plus the shower was small... but these are minor things, considering the price of the stay was so reasonable. |

September 20 2008 Please see "Idler"'s review on Tripadvisor. The rooms were short on storage space, and the shower curtain was not long enough. Apart from that we had a lovely stay. The hotel is friendly, and has all the amenities one would want for 47 Euros night. We would recommend the hotel. - September 2008 |

July 24 2008 Very good hotel with a very beautiful view to the sea and a nice pool!! The owner is also very nice and kind, ready to help. The hotel is well situated near to the sea but not in a noisy touristic village which are in this cost. We spent a really pleasant time in Crete and will certainely come back to this hotel. - July 2008 |

July 1 2008 Absolutely loved the Renieris Hotel. Loved the location on top of the hill but not the steps!! Hotel very nice. Room was very good and view from balcony fantastic over bay and Kri Kri island. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the pool area, very peaceful and enjoyed the lyra playing in the pool bar. Very clean. They are almost constantly mopping all the communal areas. Would prefer if this hotel was a little nearer to Chania. But really no complaints about this lovely hotel.
