August 11 2011 The service level altogether was around average. The owner and the lady who cleaned our rooms were both kind and friendly, but we repeatedly asked the toilet flush to be repaired without any success. For the last week the flush has only worked, when we moved it within the toilet tak in the water. The pool was sometimes cleaned. Because of the nearby sea, the excellent sandy beach and Rethymno being so close we really had great 2 weeks. Thanks for asking! Regards, Gabi |

July 6 2010 We enjoyed our stay at Rosebay Apartments very much especially with the beach being on our doorstep! From here you can do many day trips and explore the beautiful island of Crete. It's also about a 10 minutes drive from the historic town of Rethymno with lovely shops and many restaurants. |
