Villa Annita in Gerani, Chania

The ground floor of Villa Annita consists of an open plan living room with TV, Dvd,  Cd, sofas, a dining table and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.

The upper ground floor of the villa offers one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, as well as two twin bedrooms with balconies. Another bathroom with washing machine is also available on this floor.

The villa Annita can accommodate up to six guests. All the bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The interior of villa is very bright and airy and designed with quality and comfort. The guests can enjoy lush gardens, a grassy landscape and a few olive trees in the courtyard of the villa. A nicely shaped swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a barbeque are provided. Private parking is also offered.

Magnificent views to the sea, the gardens and surroundings are offered from the balconies, terraces and the interior of villa. In the end, the lovely sandy beach is located 300 m away from the villa.
