Villa Filio in Asteri, Rethymno

Villa Filio is a beautiful newly built stonebuilt Villa with private pool and all modern facilities. The villa is located in the traditional village of Asteri, only 14 km east of Rethymno.

The two floor villa has a unique, secluded position, surrounded by olive groves and offering panoramic views of the sea and the mountains of Crete. It offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a furnished living/dining area with fireplace and equipped kitchen. Villa Filio is suitable for up to 8 people.

A large swimming pool with children pool and hydro-massage lies in the courtyard. Supermarkets, taverns, tourist shops and coffee shops can be reached at 2 km. Morever, the sandy beach of Sfakaki lies at a 2,5 km distance, on the other side of the coastal road. We consider a car to be essential.
