  • Bed linen, satellite TV, bathroom towels and full cleaning  every 3/4 days (twice per week) are included in the above prices.
  • Air-condition is also included in the prices. Please note that the third bedroom (with one single bed) offers only fan (not air-condition).
  • Villa Koula can ideally accommodate up to 5 guests.
  • 117 € per day is offered until 30 June for reservations of 5 nights or more, for staying between 01 May and 30 June
  • 195 € per day is offered until 31 August for reservations of 1 nights or more, for staying between 01 July and 31 August
  • 117 € per day is offered until 31 October for reservations of 5 nights or more, for staying between 01 September and 31 October

Booking Conditions
40% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
The balance should be paid up to 21 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy
50% of the deposit is kept in case you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before check-in.
In case you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before check-in then 100% of the deposit is kept.
In case you cancel your reservation less than 21 days before check-in then the whole amount is kept.
