On the elevated ground floor a very spacious open plan living room (with fireplace, two sofa corners, satellite TV), a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided in an open plan design. Big refrigerator and electric kitchen, dishwasher, boiler, and coffee filter are offered.

Common bathroom with bathtub, and two bedrooms (one with small en-suite bathroom) are also provided on this floor.

Upstairs another living room and kitchenette (with small electric kitchen, fridge) are offered. Great balcony with barbeque is outside. On the floor below the elevated ground floor there are two more bedrooms sharing a bathroom, which can be used in case there are more than 8 guests in the villa. Washing machine is also available.
