    (twice per week) are included in the above prices
  • Air-condition is offered at an additional cost of 5 Euros per day per unit
    (please notice that there are 3 units of air-condition in every Villa Eva)
  • Special offer 20% discount is offered until 31 May for reservations of 7 nights or more, for staying between 01 May and 31 October

Booking Conditions
40% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
The balance should be paid upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy
50% of the deposit is kept in case you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before check-in.
In case you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before check-in then 100% of the deposit is kept.
