August 14 2011 We (a group of 12 from Italy) had a fine stay in the Sfakaki villas last August. Everything was new and corresponding to on- line descriptions. The owner, mr Costas, was very kind and helpful. Definitely very good value per money. Mr. Mauro Rana, Milan, Italy |

June 27 2010 Just great! Excellent location, excellent swimming pool, great design, absolute clean and looks like brand new, very friendly owner - one of the best villas in this price range. However, to be fair need to highlight 2 lowlights as well - don't open windows at night since in hotel which is more than 300m away can generate noise from nightclub and in quiet night this can be slighthly disturbing. Second is that if neighbours are quiet as well - great, if not - you can not expect 100% privacy in swimming pool and barbeque place since they are visible from neiighbour villa as well. Anyway, closing windows at Friday night and we had great neighbours - we can rate as 9+ from 10 possible. |

July 2 2009 Villa was excellent. Spotlessly clean,spacious, with good, high quality fittings etc. The owners (who live on the complex) are very freindly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The only draw back is that the location is a little remote and a car is a necessity. The beaches in the area are not great so if you don't mind driving, it's not a problem. |

June 20 2008 Dear Emmanuel, just wanted to thank you, the villa was wonderful and we had a great holiday there! I will warmly recommend to friends and colleagues at work. May 17 2008 We warmly recommend the Sfakaki Villas. We stayed there in late May 2008, in the lefthand innemost villa, which is the most secluded one with the largest garden, great pool, and views toward a grove of trees, the coast and the mountains. The Kirkeby family Oslo, Norway - May 2008 |
