Hello,

well just a couple of things:

the owner of Balantinos has in her hands a small jewel but it is treated like normal.

1) When we arrive, around 2:00 pm the room was not ready, the new fridge was out of the room as the old one was broken;
2) 30 minutes later we can go in the room.
3) Well the tv was not working
4) 1 lamp of the bathroom not working;
5) Wc inside was completely dirty;
6) No bracket in the bathroom;
7) Metal grate in the bathroom floor broke and dangerous

When we reported these things to the owner, after 8 days we still not know the name, provided immediately but she always said that she was no responsible for it but the fault was for the girl/maid that cleans the rooms.

When the change the tv and fix it with wall brackets, the never clean the powder

For 2 days the rooms was not cleaned, the girl/maid take the ashtray that was in the patio and reverse the cigarettes inside a vase and the story of the owner was always the same. She was always in the tavern and I never saw her to enter inside a room and check what happens.

So as I said she had a jewel but she treat it like it was not of her property but the property of girl/maid…

Το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόταν σε καλή τοποθεσία..αν και είχε όμως θάλασσα δίπλα δεν ήταν καθαρή και τις ξαπλώστρες τις χρέωνε extra το ξενοδοχείο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό σε σχέση με τις φώτο που υπάρχουν στο booking. Το θέμα της καθαριότητας ήταν έντονο αφού 6 μέρες που διέμεινα εκεί το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε ποτέ καθώς και τα σεντόνια δεν θυμάμαι να αλλάχτηκαν! το θεωρώ πολύ ακριβή επιλογή για τις παροχές και τις υπηρεσίες του! υ.γ η κρήτη μαγευτική!!!

Etablissement entièrement neuf. Calme. En bord de plage. Proche de toutes commodités, restaurant super market. Chambre très spacieuse, très propre,kichnette OK. Balcon vue mer. Très bon accueil. Plus chambre d'hotes qu'hotel. A recommander pour un séjour reposant.
