Dear guests, we wish that you and your families are in very good health and safe.
We are deeply sorry about the pandemic of coronavirus during the past years, and we wish that it is under control worldwide. The situation now seems more positive since vaccinations have noted great progress in Greece with almost 72% of the population being fully vaccinated as well as all over the world.
Greece managed to overcome all the waves of Covid-19 with great success, since precautionary measures were taken early enough each time. Especially Crete had very few cases of the virus during the past three years. Greece and even more Crete has been a safe destination to travel and we have also successfully taken all the necessary measures to overcome the last mutation of Omicron. We were glad to host many guests during the summer season with safety and care and we would love to welcome you again in 2023.
Current Health Measures
Greece as most other countries has faced the mutations of Covid-19 successfully for the last few years, as it took careful measures to ensure the immediate decrease of cases.
So, there has been no lockdown since March 2021, everything is open and the use of the mask is no longer mandatory in any movements, in indoor spaces or outdoors in Greece.
Additionally, citizens do not require to show their vaccination certificate or any certificate of rapid test or PCR test in order to enter any indoor area.
Arrival of guests in Greece
In order for guests to arrive in Greece, we would like to inform you that from 15 March 2022 onwards, travellers visiting Greece are no longer required to fill out a Passenger Locator Form (PLF). However, a simplified PLF remains in operation, the completion of which is optional, for the sole purpose of enabling the traveller / family to issue an EU Certificate of negative or positive COVID-19 test result.
Please note that PLF can be completed online through https://travel.gov.gr
Additionally, as of 1st of May 2022, all travellers arriving in Greece, regardless of their country of origin, are no longer required to display a valid certificate of vaccination or recovery from COVID-19, or evidence of a negative test result from SARS-CoV-2 infection (PCR or Rapid Antigen test).
