Modern Interior Villa is a modern 5-bedroom villa of 300 sq m with a sea view private pool, which is located 5 km from the seaside village of Maleme, 9 km from the town of Platanias and 19 km west of the picturesque town of Chania. This very luxury villa sits on top of an olive-grown hill boasting gorgeous, panoramic sea views in a plot of 2 acres.

Modern Interior Villa is decorated with a contemporary approach combining high aesthetics with comfort. The guests can enjoy a private swimming pool of 40 sq m, a large courtyard (most of which is covered with lawn), a heated outdoor jacuzzi of 6 sq m, and lovely sea views. An outdoor shower is also provided in the pool area of the Villa.

Five separate bedrooms are offered in total. One master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom, and three twin bedrooms with one common bathroom are offered. Additionally, one lovely sea view open plan area with a corner sofa bed which turns into a double bed is provided next to the living room area.

The pebble beach of Maleme is only 5 km away providing with many restaurants and cafes, while the most lively village of Platanias is 9 km away, offering restaurants, cafes and many choices for nightlife entertainment.

Five Stars All the Way!! Our month at the villa was fantastic! The spacious layout was perfect for our group of six (two families). The clean, inviting pool surrounded by greenery was delightful. The well-equipped kitchen was superb! I want to express my gratitude to Yannis and Emanuel for making our stay perfect; they did everything they could to make us feel at home. Highly recommend this peaceful place. And make sure not to miss the delicious dinner at Rula's Taverna—Mythos; it's a must-try!

Sehr gute Betreuung durch TheHotel.gr! Vielen Dank nochmal!

Auch der Inhaber des Hauses ist sehr nett!

Das Haus ist schön und hat eine top Lage. Leider sind manche Dinge etwas in die Jahre gekommen, zB fehlen bei beiden Duschen die Wände. Dadurch ist nach dem Duschen das Bad überflutet. Die Sauberkeit von Bad + Küche war auch mangelhaft. Alles andere hat gepasst.
