Polemarchi House is a 4-bedroom house located in the tranquil village of Polemarchi, 4 km from the town of Tavronitis and 22 km from the picturesque town of Chania.
It consists of two apartments, an elevated ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, and a top floor apartment, also with 2 bedrooms. Both apartments offer spacious open plan areas with a living room, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, a big refregerator, an electric kitchen with ceramic hobs, and a microwave. A flat- screen TV is also provided in each of the apartments.
The elevated ground floor apartment offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a double bed. Two bathrooms are also available, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A veranda with a dining table that overlooks the surrounding tranquil area is also available. Both bedrooms and living area offer air-conditioning.
The top floor apartment offers two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds are provided. One common bathroom with a hot tub is also provided. A veranda with a dining table that overlooks the surrounding tranquil area is also available.
Tavronitis is a small, traditional village near the sea. On the main road, there are several shops, traditional cafes, tavernas and mini-markets, as well as a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy, and patisserie, ensuring you have everything to enjoy your holiday. The mixed sandy-shingle beach is 5-minute drive by car. A little further is the fishing harbour of Kolymbari, famous for it excellent fish tavernas.
