Our team consists of two Chefs, with many years of experience in the specific field. We take care of all the aspects of the client's nutrition, planning, shopping, preparing, serving and cleaning. Also taking care of special dietary needs such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, baby food, bbq, etc. We make sure that the guests receive a balanced diet that considers seasonality and sustainability.
Our Chefs have a wide range of cuisine. Cretan, Greek, Mediterranean, western, Asian and modern fusion. In weekly services, there is a daily price agreed considering the number of people, ages, location, and dietary needs. The cost of food and drink will be paid separately on a daily basis upon receiving the receipts.
A local Chef with his team can visit you in your Villa and prepare a lunch or dinner for all your family and friends in the area of Chania. You can choose between the next six menus or we can prepare a special menu for you, according to your wishes.
The Barbeque Buffet Style Menu (Cold Buffet - Variety of olives, dakos, hummus, tzatziki, green salad with graviera cheese and dried fruits dressing, potato salad, Hot Buffet - traditional sausages, lamb chops, herb fed pork chops, pork souvlaki skewers, chicken fillet and Dessert - seasonal fruits and raki) at 45 Euros per person for a minimum of 6 guests.
The Traditional Menu (Starters - Assortment of olives, cretan salad, stuffed vine and zucchini leaves and tzatziki, Main Course - Moussaka, and Dessert - variety of spoon sweets with yogurt and walnuts) at 40 Euros per person for a minimum of 6 guests.
The Fish Menu (Starters - Trio of brouscheta, Main - Salmon Filet with green pea pure, fried rice-ball and black seassam, Dessert - seasonal sorbet assortment) at 50 Euros per person for at least 6 guests.
The Seafood Menu (Starters - Steam mussels with ouzo and marinated anchovy rolls, Main Course - Fresh fish fillet (catch of the day) with lemon verbena sauce, black garlic mousse served with fresh green beans and Dessert - Seasonal fruits and vanilla ice cream) at 45 Euros per person for a minimum of 6 guests.
The Meat Menu (Starters - Pumpkin veloute with crispy prosciutto crudo, Mediterranean salad with cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil and crispy pita strips, Main - Beef Rib-eye with celery root puree, variety of mushrooms shaute and Kotsifali wine sauce, Dessert - Soft chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream and shortbread crumb) at 55 Euros per person for a minimum of 6 guests.
The Mediterranean Menu (Starters - Rocket salad with cherry tomatoes, parmesan and citrus dressing, mushroom rizzoto with porcini, agaricus and chanterelle mushrooms, Main - Young lamb chops with mountain greens and baby potatoes, Dessert - Almond panna cotta with raspberry sauce) at 45 Euros per person for a minimum of 6 guests.
