On the sea view ground floor of Tersanas Villa Nikos a spacious living room (with a lovely sofa corner, satellite LCD TV), a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided in an open plan design. Big refrigerator and electric kitchen, dishwasher, big microwave, boiler, toast makers, coffee filter and all kitchen utensils are offered. A double bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) and a seperate wc are offered on the same floor.
Three more bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms), a new bedroom with two single beds and a laundry with washing machine are provided on the lower floor.
A door leads from the open plan living room to the sea view courtyard and the pool area with a few sofa beds, exterior sitting table, coal barbeque, sun loungers and sun umbrellas. Private outdoor parking is available outside, while the guests can also enjoy a common tennis court.
