  • Air-condition, bed linen, bathroom towels and full cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week) are included in the above prices.
  • All the Tersanas Villas offer lovely sea views,
    however the Tersanas Villa Nikos is placed at the back top of the plot.
  • Wireless satellite internet is provided free of charge.
  • Every Tersanas Villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 adults and one/two small children.
  • In case of theft or breakdown of furniture or equipment due to guests responsibility, the cost of the damage should be paid back by the guests.
  • Welcome package with a selection of seasonal fruits, one bottle of white wine, a bottle of water and a carton of fruit juice is offered.

In caso di cancellazione della prenotazione a meno di 60 giorni prima del check-in, l'intero deposito viene trattenuto.
