Villa by the Sea is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor of the villa our guests will find a spacious open plan living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom providing twin bebs and a modern bathroom with shower cabin.
A flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system are offered in the living room, while the kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, dish washer, big fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The first floor is completed by a comfortable wooden dining table designed for six people.
The upper floor offers three well designed bedrooms with elegant wooden furniture, two furnished with double bed each and one with twin beds. A flat screen TV is offered in the main bedroom, while big wardrobes in both double bedrooms. Two large balconies and a bathroom with bathtub are also available on this floor.
On the courtyard a great swimming pool equipped with sunbeds, offering exquisite sea views, is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a barbecue area with wooden-oven. A spacious, shaded garage completes the exterior.
Air-conditioning and wireless internet are provided in the villa. Static treadmill in the open plan living room and baby cot are offered. Breakfast is available on request.
