Elia Villa à Falassarna, La Canée

Elia Villa is a brand new 3-bedroom Villa with a private infinity pool with lovely sea views and sunset views, 3 km from the famous sandy beach of Falassarna. A few traditional taverns are found at about 400 meters away and a supermarket at 1700 meters. The unique Balos Lagoon is located 15 km north.

Elia Villa offers a modern open plan living room area with direct access to the sea view pool area on the ground floor level. A fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a small wc are also provided. One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom is offered on the ground floor as well.

The top floor features two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and two en-suite shower bathrooms. Two beautiful furnished balconies with amazing panoramic sea views are also available. Wireless internet and air conditioning are provided.

All guests can enjoy the sea view pool area with an infinity pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a small barbecue corner. Private parking space can be found on the premises of the Villa as well.

The long sandy beach of Falassarna, famous for its crystal clear waters and beautiful sunset is found at 3 km away. A few restaurants and taverns can be reached withing walking distance and mini-markets within a 5-minutes drive. The picturesque town of Chania is located at 50 km west and the town of Kissamos at 11 km west.

L'endroit est magnifique et la vue est splendide. Les couchers de soleil sont merveilleux. Hébergement parfait pour notre groupe de six adultes. Le site est très propre et entretenu quotidiennement. L'hôte est facile à joindre et répond rapidement. Seuls petits bémols, les matelas des lits sont tous beaucoup trop fermes et il n'y a pas d'ustensiles ni de brosse pour le BBQ.

Stunning villa in superb location. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you would need to have a wonderfully luxurious stay. They villa was very comfortable and made the most of the stunning views from every room, although we couldn’t stay indoors for long as the outside space was so inviting. Dining area, sofa and loungers made the terrace the perfect space for enjoying the spectacular view and sunsets. The villa is within walking distance of great taverna and small shops for essentials but we had a car and we’re able to explore incredible beaches of Balos and Elafonisi. Don’t miss them if you have time during your stay. The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable and even invited us to a family celebration at the tiny church next to the villa. We were honoured to be asked and enjoyed an evening with the family while the sun set over the sea…it was the highlight of an amazing week in Crete. If we are lucky enough to return to the island we will definitely come back to Villia Elia. Thank you!
