Villa Grand Blue in Mavros Kolimpos, Ierapetra is a seafront, brand new and hospitable villa of 120 sqm with a lovely private pool. It is surrounded by a garden of 700 sqm with grassy landscape, trees and plants. The villa offers 3 standard bedrooms plus a single bedroom, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and large verandas with breathtaking sea views. It is situated near a few rocky beaches and one small sandy beach. You can enjoy more wonderful sandy beaches at about 200 meters away.
A sea view open plan area with a sofa corner, a fully-equipped kitchen and a wc are provided on the main floor. A sea view dining table on the veranda outside and a small staircase leading to the private courtyard and the private pool area are offered.
An internal staircase is going to the lower floor, where are provided two bedrooms with a big double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom each.
An outdoor staircase at the north/back side of the Villa Grand Blue leads to the two upper floors of the villa. A second open plan living room area and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided. A sofa-bed, a dining table, a sea view dining table on the balcony with lovely sea views, and one bathroom with a shower is provided on the third floor.
One more internal staircase leads to the top floor attic, where is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a small single bedroom with a single bed, and one bathroom with a shower.
Villa Grand Blue offers a seafront private pool with sea views, sun loungers, and umbrellas. A portable barbecue is also provided. At the end of the courtyard, there is access on a rocky seaside area from where you can jump into the sea.
Free parking is provided at the back of the Villa. Wi-fi internet and air-condition are also provided.
