Villa Grand Fysaeri σε Βάμος, Χανιά

Villa Grand Fysaeri is a modern, brand new 6-bedroom retreat with beautiful sea views, a delightful private pool and an indoor heated jacuzzi! It is located on a peaceful hill, about 3 km from the traditional town of Vamos and 5 km from the nearest sandy beach. Guests can enjoy a private pool of about 60 sqm with a separate children's pool and a relaxing hydromassage area overlooking the sea. Inside the villa, you can enjoy a comfortable private heated jacuzzi and a fitness room.

A large open plan area with a lovely dining table for 12 persons, a cozy fully-equipped kitchen and a warm living room area with a fireplace are offered on the pool floor. This floor also includes one bedroom furnished with a queen size bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower.

An internal staircase ascends to the upper floor, unveiling four bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, one bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom, one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and one more bathroom with a shower are offered.

On the lower level, you can indulge in comfort with a private heated jacuzzi accompanied by a cozy sofa and a smart TV. Refresh in the convenient shower corner or engage in a workout at the fitness room equipped with a stationary bike and a ping-pong table.

The lower floor also hosts a delightful bedroom featuring a queen size bed and an attached en-suite bathroom with a shower. Practical amenities, including a fully-equipped laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, as well as an additional WC, further enhance the convenience of your stay.

Villa Grand Fysaeri offers a lovely private pool of about 60 sqm, inclusive of a separate children's pool. The pool operates with salt water, providing a gentler and more comfortable swimming experience. An outdoor hydromassage for up to 5 persons adds a touch of luxury. The villa features an inviting outdoor area adorned with comfortable sofas, a shaded dining table under a pergola, and sun loungers. Enhancing the experience, a stone-built barbecue area and a dedicated children's playground are also thoughtfully provided.

"The Villa Grand Fysaeri is an amazing residence with spectacular views over the bay of Souda. Embedded in olive groves on a hill, with some nice villas in the neighbourhood, it gave us a very relaxing holiday. In 6 minutes drive you are in the next villages and seaside tavernas and clubs. The villa is very spacious inside as well as outside - brand new and was designed in a contemporary style that integrated Cretan elements. The host was very responsive and helped us with recommendations. We came all over Australia for three weeks and had no issues at all. It was a fabulous vacation in this very luxurious villa. We will come back!"

"This house was amazing! The photos don’t do it justice. We had 2 families totaling 10 people and could not have been more comfortable. So many bathrooms and plenty of space. The pool area overlooking Souda Bay was incredible. We are people who love to explore every inch of an island but the sunset at this place was magical and often we would return home just to experience the golden hours. I highly recommend this place and the owner is a very nice and generous guy."
