Villa Local a Dafnedes, Rethymno

La Villa Local tradizionale 6 camere, è situato nel piccolo villaggio tradizionale di Dafnedes, a circa 14 km a sud di eccellente, spiaggia di sabbia di Bali e 32 km dalla città di Rethymno. Gli ospiti troveranno un piccolo mercato di circa 6 km, in occasione della prossima grande villaggio di Perama.

Villa Local (200 mq) è costruito in stile maisonette in tre diversi livelli. L'ingresso principale si trova su un piano rialzato e si apre su una bella zona open space con un confortevole soggiorno con camino e una zona cucina raffinata. Una cucina completamente attrezzata è prevista anche al piano terra. Un ampio cortile con giardino, alberi da frutta e platani, e una grande piscina privata (55 mq) con sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquilla campagna, sono forniti.

Due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali e dotate di bagno privato con doccia sono offerti a pochi gradini più in basso, mentre al piano superiore, gli ospiti potranno trovare altre quattro camere da letto, tutte con letti matrimoniali. Altri due bagni, uno per ogni due camere da letto, sono forniti anche su questo piano.

Aria condizionata in ogni camera da letto, TV satellitare, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e ferro da stiro, così come parcheggio privato e barbecue sono a disposizione nella villa.

We had a great 2 week holiday and would definitely love to return to this villa. Beautiful house in a small Cretan village (fresh bread from the lady down the road not to be missed) and the most amazing hosts who were friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. The location was perfect for us - a place that allowed us to experience 'real Crete' whilst being a short (10 min) drive to the nearest town for supermarkets etc and 30 mins from the coast. The private pool was big enough/deep enough for our teenagers to lark around but also had a shallow bit at one end for younger kids. The linen was changed and the villa cleaned every few days which was a real treat. Highly recommended.

First of all, the Villa owner is very kind, second that is the private pool, also a lot of space in the villa are important. Nice neighbors who are very welcoming and responsive, with them we spent a very pleasant evening :) Very quiet area, far from civilization. From the front side balcony a nice view of the mountains and a small church which is located directly opposite the villa. When we had any needs, the owner responded almost immediately and delivered all stuff, which we were looking for, to the Villa. We had a late arrival time, and we had no chance to buy some food and we asked the owner to buy some food for us and as result we got the required food as gift from the owner, It was a really pleasant surprise :)

That was a good experience to deal with You :)) A special thanks from us to the pretty agent Matilda, from thehotel.gr, as I realized she is a very sincere person. During the time of stay, we had a one stormy day with a heavy rain, what are unusual in September, the staff of thehotel.gr contacted with us and asked is everything ok or maybe any help is needed :) That was unexpectedly and nice to know that someone took care about us.
