  • Prices shown are for the 5-bedroom Villa Thea per week in Euros.
  • Air-condition, Wi-Fi, bed linen, bathroom towels and full cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week)
    are included in the above prices.
  • Pool heating is included in the above prices from early October to the end of May.
  • Villa Searock can accommodate up to 10 guests and one/two children on the sofa beds, free of charge.
  • No pets are allowed in this property and there is a strict no smoking policy inside the villa.
  • Welcome basket with water, local fruit, a bottle of wine and raki (local distilled spirit from grapes) is offered.
  • In case of theft or breakdown of furniture or equipment due to guests responsibility, the cost of the damage should be paid back by the guests.
