  • Prices shown are for the 5-bedroom Orea Villa per week in Euros.
  • Air-condition, bed linen, bathroom towels and full cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week) are included in the above prices.
  • Wireless satellite Internet (with care, please do not download films and games) is provided free of charge.
  • In case of theft or breakdown of furniture or equipment due to guests responsibility, the cost of the damage should be paid back by the guests.
  • No pets are allowed in this property and there is a strict no smoking policy inside the villa.
  • The pool is heated from the middle of October until the middle of May. The cost of the heating is included in the above prices.
  • Welcome basket with water, local fruit, a bottle of wine and raki (local distilled spirit from grapes) is offered.
