August 6 2011 the house is very pleasant to live in. Only problem, it is made for 8 and there is only 6 chairs, and the kitchen utensils are very poor and not sufficient to cook for 8. But the view is very nice from the terrace and the dinner there are a real pleasure! |

June 26 2011 We had a terrific stay. Maria was present each day if we had any requests for housecleaning. The directions from the airport were good, until we were actually in the main street near the villa. At night time the landmarks used were very hard to see and it took us 15 minutes to actually find the right street. Had a fantastic time. |

May 15 2011 Excellent service both before the trip by emails and during the trip (Maria). We are very pleased with the villa and our trip and would recommend it to friends. Some constructive feedback, though: The Villa was somewhat cold, it would have been nice if someone had warmed it a bit up before we arrived. Especially the ground floor was very cold. Luckily we did not need the bedroom there. The hot water had not been turned on before we arrived. It would be nice if trash bins had been emptied automatically every day or if there had been a place to leave them. Lights in the pool did not work. |

August 13 2010 The Beach villa is at a great location near the beach and everything you need is just around. Only 10 minutes by car from the great town of Chania. The service of Emmanuel and the cleaning lady on site were great. The villa itself is equipped and clean. Highly recommended. |

July 16 2010 I found our Beach Villa to be really wonderful -- in many ways, much nicer than the managers advertize on the web! It is very modern in design, and has several attributes that are not even mentioned on the web, like the fact that there are a table and chairs on the rooftop, which means that you can eat dinner and watch the sun set; or the fact that each bathroom is uniquely designed and exquisite (and one bathroom has a jacuzzi!); or the fact that although the managers say the villa will be cleaned twice during the week, the cleaning lady ended up coming pretty much every day that we were there; or the fact that the beach (which is basically 50m away) is not only beautiful but very relaxed, and you can just sit on a lounge chair and use the umbrella as long as you buy a drink at some point from the very friendly Tassos who runs a booth right there -- all in all, the Beach Villa was a very relaxing nice experience and we should have stayed longer than 1 week! |
