"Pristine new built apartment. An oasis of calm in town centre. Modern decor, air conditioning, Smart TV in every room, comfortable beds with automatic black out shutters. "Kappa Residence is exactly as described and was the perfect choice for us. Large and spacious, modern and well equipped, with a superb large patio. Terrace is huge and the jacuzzi can fit up to 6 pers at ease. I strongly recommend it."

"Everything in the apartment is top notch! Comfortable beds, great wifi reception on the patio as well as indoors. Convenient to shopping and parking garage (Parking Apollon, with valet service). Great to have soaps, kitchen and bath essentials there for your arrival. The patio is most enjoyable in the evenings and great for relaxing after being out for the day. The automatic black out curtains were awesome! Yannis is definitely a Super Host. All of his suggestions and communications were very much appreciated throughout our stay. The local businesses employ some amazing people - super helpful and worth meeting ! Access to the harbor and restaurants is perfect - all are a 3-5 minute walk. The beaches worth visiting are a drive - this is not a beach apartment. It’s a center-of-town experience that connected us with Chania and gave us great access to the beautiful Western beaches of Crete! Would definitely come back:) The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations and bookings."

The apartment is spacious, clean, with a modern design and in a perfect location (veranda is a killer!!!!!). Yannis is an amazing host: could not be more grateful for his prompt responses, great advice, welcoming gift and help in finding a rental car as well as arranging the cleaning service in the apartment. One of the best experiences I have had! Crete is a magic place! Thank you very much for everything.
