Olivia Apartment is a cozy 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a peaceful residential building of houses in the area of Nea Chora, next to a cafe, a beautiful park with children playground, and two mini-markets. The famous old town of Chania is only 300 meters away.

Olivia Apartment is a charming and sunny apartment featuring a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable dining area. Guests can relax on the stylish floral sofa, or enjoy the large private balcony for breakfast or a meal.

Two comfortable bedrooms are provided, along with one full bathroom and a guest WC. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and generous built-in wardrobe space. The second bedroom offers two single beds (76 × 200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed, as well as a small desk and ample storage. It also opens directly onto a lovely private balcony with beautiful open views.

A very spacious apartment with lots of light, balconies to the west and the east, in a less touristy neighborhood but a two minute walk away from the heart of the old town. Excellent grocery shopping, open air market, and a five minute walk to the sea. The management thought of every detail and they were both responsive and proactive. Perfect for people who like to cook, too. Not right in the middle of the “scene” but two minutes away so you have both quiet, privacy and easy access to night life. Everything about this place is great!

We had a really enjoyable time at Emmanuel’s apartment. It’s very good location close to the old town and the beach. Emanuel was a very good host quickly responding to any query we had. Highly recommended.We definitely want to return.
