There could have been moore equipment (glasses, plates, knifes) in the kitchen.
Bad smell in the beginning (like a mouldy cellar).
Nice, clean rooms with nice aircondition and theese things on the outside of the windows which makes it dark. Good sound isolation.We didn`t hear the noise from the street.
Very nice swimmingpool-area.
Nice man in the reception, but cleaning only once a week.
We really enjoyed our stay at Perla.

Good location : super-market in front of the appartments and only a 5 minutes walk to the beach and the restaurants.
